HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings™ have become a benchmark in our industry. Rather than relying on editorial opinion, the ratings are entirely based on feedback from buyers of the services invited to complete a survey.
The methodology involves three sub-categories—breadth of service, size of deals, and quality of service — and uses a predetermined algorithm to calculate scores to determine the final rankings.
