About the Baker’s Dozen Pre-Employment Screening Ratings
HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings is the most respected annual ranking of screening providers in the HR industry. Results are based solely on feedback from buyers of pre-employment screening. This year more than 1,300 customer were anonymously surveyed to rank pre-employment screening providers. The data was collected and analyzed by HRO Today, and screening providers were ranked across three categories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality. Ratings are not based on the opinion of the HRO Today staff. The only influence that HRO Today has on results are the discarding of incomplete surveys or surveys outside of the normal distribution.
