You are required to notify JDP of any change in information for your Little League account, including any change in the name of your league, any change in the physical address of your league and any change in the president/contact information.
If you have a change either to president, league name, or physical address, please complete and submit this form. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the processing of your request.
By completing the change form for your league the current main contact information will be replaced with the new contact information provided to JDP.
