  • Candidates start by taking a selfie.
    Their image undergoes real-time liveness detection to prove the person going through the vID process is physically present
  • The front and back of their photo ID is scanned.
    Intelligent biometric matching confirms the selfie taken is of the person on the ID.  Digital fraud and document verification are also completed at this time, flagging any evidence that the ID has been forged or tampered with.

 

At the end of the vID process, your candidate’s background screening data has been captured without errors or omissions. This is the most common cause of delays in the background screening industry.
