JDP is excited to welcome Oakley Smith as our new Sr. Vice President of Operations!
Oakley joins the team with deep experience across healthcare services, occupational health, and workforce compliance, areas that are increasingly important to how we serve our clients and their communities. She has spent her career working in environments where precision, reliability, and care are essential to building trust.
In her role, Oakley will lead the Operations team day to day, with a particular focus on expanding our capabilities in healthcare and related verticals. She will report to Chris Pascuzzi, EVP Operations, who leads operational execution across JDP, working with teams to set priorities, improve coordination, and optimize operating structure.
What stands out about Oakley is how she approaches the work. She listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and follows through in a way that keeps teams focused and connected. As we continue building more flexible, responsive solutions for our clients, Oakley’s approach will help us execute with greater clarity, so we can move faster and deliver consistently in some of the most highly regulated environments we operate in.
Oakley lives near Austin, Texas with her husband, their three boys, and their dachshund, Rosie.
