We’re excited to welcome Chris Pascuzzi as JDP’s new Executive Vice President of Operations!

Chris brings decades of experience helping organizations run better and work more closely together across functions. Throughout his career, he has consistently stepped into roles where alignment, integration, and execution really matter, and that is exactly where we see opportunity for JDP right now.

Chris has the expertise to connect teams across functions and help them move forward as one. He has a strong track record of integrating operational verticals and putting the right structure in place so that service delivery and client care continue to improve in parallel with their growth.

Most recently, Chris served as Chief Financial Officer at Schneider Downs winning CFO of the Year in 2019.  There, he oversaw finance, IT, legal, insurance, and planning while helping guide the firm’s long-term direction and operational growth. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at American Eagle Outfitters, GNC, and Ernst & Young, giving him a broad perspective across retail, services, and advisory environments.

Just as important as his experience is his leadership perspective. Chris is known for connecting cross-functional teams, building practical structure, and fostering open communication, making him a strong fit as we continue solving hard problems for our clients and modernizing screening for the communities they serve. No issue is too small or too complex. He will bring his energy, practicality, and genuine passion to strengthen how we work together and advance the mission that drives JDP forward.

Chris lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and their three boys.
