Hank is a true unicorn builder. As a MIT early-stage technology investor andd revenue generator, has has a genuine gift for connecting people, ideas, and opportunities with creativity, passion, and care.

Hank is the Founder & General Partner at Future Labs Capital (Fund 1) where he raised and deployed $24M into MIT’s cutting-edge startups at CSAIL. He’s also the Co-Founder of Davin Holdings, owning and operating a significant portfolio of industrial and data centers across the Southeast.

As a mentor at the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund, Hank helps brilliant minds transform research into real-world solutions that scale.

He previously co-founded Rubicon (NYSE), driving its $2B “unicorn” status and was instrumental in creating $690M in annual revenue. He was the Founding Board member and was instrumental in launching Endeavor Midwest—helping entrepreneurs raise $1.2B, generate $345M in annual revenue, and create nearly 2,000 jobs—and served as Senior VP at Transwestern where he completed $ 2 B in industrial real estate transactions.

When he’s not revolutionizing businesses, Hank invests his time with Cavalier Futures where he is a founding board member, serves on the Playing for Change board, and leads the Vero Beach chapter of the UVA Alumni Association.

He played in the Sugar Bowl and Gator Bowl for the University of Virginia where he was a part of the 1990 UVA football team which was the only UVA football team ever top be ranked #1 in the country.

And in a role that underscores his commitment to positive impact, Hank is Chairman of the Board for Governing Dynamics Foundation—a nonprofit establishing safe standards for access, participation, and data exchange within high-vulnerability communities and networks.

Having helped more than 50 startups reach $5M in annual revenue, Hank will infuse JDP with his passion for growth and forward-thinking strategies, while embodying our company culture of innovation, collaboration, and heart.
