Includes credit single score and is a hard pull on a consumer’s credit.

JDP’s Tenant Scorecard lets you easily and quickly analyze and make decisions about tenants’ applications. Templates are created based on specific client criteria, allowing them to define what determines whether they hand over the keys to the applicant.

Scoring Method – average grade or weighted average grade
Overall Decision Recommendations – set cutoff grade as well as additional requirements (co-signer, increased deposit, etc.)
Scoring Criteria (Income Ratio Options) – Income to Rent, Income to Debt, Income to Debt including Rent
Scoring Criteria (Credit Score Options) – No Credit Found, Credit Score, Delinquent Accounts, Collections and Charge-Offs, Mortgage Accounts, Rental Collections, Utility Collections, Bankruptcy, Lien and Judgement Records
Criminal and Eviction Records – Can customize scorecard to include background and eviction criteria. Criminal and eviction records are based on flagging, which create custom reviewer instructions for flagged reports.
Residential and Employment Verification – Similar to criminal and eviction records, criteria is set based on flagging. Criteria can be set to pass, info only or review based on flagging status.
Co-Applicants – JDP’s Tenant Scorecard has the ability to have co-applicants on one scorecard and displays individual and group results with an overall decision.
